🗺 Course Information
The knock on wood ultra course is a 10k loop with a single aid station at our start/finish line shelter. The course has 650 feet of gain per 10k loop and is generally wide and rolling. There is shade over 90% of the trail. The course will have a series of directional arrows that will be placed at all intersections. Please follow all directional arrows to stay on course. In the event that you make a wrong turn, please backtrack to your original spot of confusion.

Runners can park at the following address: 4232 SC-11, Marietta, SC 29661. Once you access the park, you will make your first right and park adjacent to our start/finish line and the main shelter where bathrooms and our aid station and packet pickup will be located. Pleasant Ridge Park is a 272 acre former state park located on scenic Highway 11 in northern Greenville County. Home to Camp Spearhead, a residential summer camp for persons with disabilities, Pleasant Ridge Park includes a camp and retreat center that hosts special events, team building activities, and weddings throughout the year. The park is known for its picnic shelters, fishing lake, and multi-use trail system.
💧 Aid Stations
There will be one aid station per the 10k loop. Items may include pickles, cookies, chips, assorted candy, fig newtons, & pretzels. Hydration will include water, coke, and ginger ale. If you would like to donate an aid station supply of something not offered or that is homemade, feel free! Cup-less Event: Please provide your own hydration vessel for use at our aid stations. We gladly accept aid station donations of food items that you like to see at races.
