🏃‍♀️ 5th Annual Sancta Clara Nun Run

Join us on October 17, 2026, for the exciting Sancta Clara Nun Run!

📍 Race Details

• Date: October 17, 2026
• Location: St George Byzantine Catholic, 1121 44th St NE, Canton, OH, 44714
• Distance: 5K through neighboring streets, the Middlebranch trail, finishing at the monastery grounds with cheering nuns!
• Awards Ceremony: Refreshments and food will follow at St. George's reception hall.

👕 Participation Options

• Shirt Option: Available for those who cannot run or walk but wish to support the Poor Clares sisters.
• Strollers: Welcome on the course!
• Free Kids Fun Run: Starts at 8:40 AM, followed by the 5K at 9:00 AM.
• Limited Registration: First 300 participants only, due to fire code regulations and parking.

💰 Proceeds and Donations

All proceeds benefit The Sancta Clara Monastery and its renovations.

• Registration Donations: Can also be made through the donate button on the registration page.

🏆 Awards

• Finisher Medals: All finishers will receive a running nun medal!
• Top Finishers: Awards for the Top 3 Overall Male & Female.
• Age Groups: Top 3 in each age group: 9 & under, 10-14, 15-18, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & over.
