Fall Break XC Training Camp

🏃‍♂️ Overview

• Eligibility: ALL ATHLETES / ALL AGES* / ALL ABILITIES
• Age Requirement: Grade 6 and up

📅 Event Details

• Dates: Friday, October 18 and Saturday, October 19
• Time: 1:00pm-2:30pm
• Location: Oklahoma Christian University, Edmond
• Specifics: North side of campus - off Smiling Hill Road by Soccer Complex

🏃‍♀️ Session Information

• Session Options: We offer 2 Sessions. Sign up for both sessions OR individually for Session 1 or Session 2.
• Workouts: We will offer light speed workouts both days...runners who attend both sessions can opt for a recovery run on Day 2.

🧘‍♂️ Session 1 Details

• Date: Friday, Oct. 18
• Focus: Runner Mobility and Form Session, Workout 1 - Change the way you move through space!
• Duration: One hour working on runner agility and mobility and improving your running form and efficiency.
• Goal: Make sure your form is in top shape for the most important stretch of the season!

🧘‍♀️ Session 2 Details

• Date: Saturday, Oct. 19
• Focus: Runner Mobility and Form Session, Workout 2 - Change the way you move through space!
• Duration: One hour working on runner agility and mobility and improving your running form and efficiency.
• Goal: Make sure your form is in top shape for the most important stretch of the season!

🏅 Coaching Experience

• Qualifications: Over 30 years of combined coaching experience USATF, USTFCCA, NAIA, RRCA, NFHS Certifications
• Debra Carlson: Owner/Head Coach, 11-time Boston Marathon Qualifier
• David Crynes: Head Coach, 30+ years experience High School through College Coaching
