🎗️ About RAMS

Rockin' Against Multiple Sclerosis (RAMS) is a philanthropic organization dedicated to raising money and awareness for people with Multiple Sclerosis. RAMS is based on the University of Missouri- Columbia campus. While based in Columbia, RAMS aids 60 counties in Missouri. One hundred percent of our proceeds go to the MS Institute here in Columbia to provide supplies and equipment that help MS clients and their families lead a better life.

Let's Run Against MS!

• Date: Saturday, February 14th, 2026
• Location: Tiger Plaza, Rollins St, Columbia, MO
• Participants: All types of skill levels running or walking
• Goal: Have a fun workout while changing lives with each step

⏰ Race Day Schedule

• Packet Pick-Up: 9 am
• Race Begins: 10 am

👕 Shirt Information

Shirts are only guaranteed if registered by February 12th. We will be running in snow, rain, and cold. It's Missouri though, so it could be in the 80's.
