Cutoff: 20 mile runners must start their final loop by 11:30 a.m., and 30 mile runners by 12:30 p.m.
🛑 Aid Stations
Locations: 2 aid stations (Start/Finish at Deer Park Road and on course at Tomlin Hill).
Facilities: Two port-a-potties at start/finish and one at Tomlin Hill aid station.
Drop Bags: Can be left at the start for 30 and 20 mile racers.
Cup-Free Event: All runners must carry a water bottle or hydration pack.

30 miles: $70
20 miles: $59
10 mile run or ruck: $54
Registration Deadline: Sign up by February 10 to guarantee shirt and award.
Ruck Qualifications
Course: Same 10-mile course starting at 9:00 AM.
Time Limit: Six hours to finish.
Weight Requirement: Minimum 30 pounds for men, 20 pounds for women.
Equipment: Weighted vests allowed: trekking poles permitted.
📦 Packet-Pickup/Check-In
Pickup Location: Trailhead on Deer Park Road.
Date and Time: Friday, March 13, 2026, from 4:00-6:00 pm at Tryathletics, 1605 Chapel Hill Rd.
Race Day Pickup: Available after 6:00 a.m.
Parking: Limited: carpooling encouraged.
🍽️ Post-Race
Food: Available as runners finish: need bib number to receive a meal.
Marking: Bib will be marked to indicate you've eaten once.
🔄 Transfer Policies
Transfer Events: Runners can transfer to a different event until Thursday, March 12, 2026.
Transfer to Another Runner: Available from 3/1/26 to 3/12/26.
Refund Process: Transferring runner must register for the race.
