RunSteady Training Program

Greater Long Island Running Club wants YOU to reach your running goals!!! Our members have been asking for more programming, and we hear you! If you were a fan of RunSmart, you will absolutely jump for joy over RunStart! 

Are you a NEW runner? Great! Are you an EXPERIENCED runner? Also great!

This is not *only* a training program for beginners who want to get started running and training properly, but it's also a training program for those who have already caught the running bug and want to hone their skills a bit more.

Directed by GLIRC's Laura Ryan and Susan Keogh, and staff! 

Program will be held on Saturday mornings for 8 weeks beginning 10/14/23 beginning at 8:30 AM each week, and will include topics such as...
