• Online Registration: Will close on Friday, September 19, 2025, at noon.

Pre-Packet Pick-Up and Onsite Registration Times

• Saturday: September 20 from 10 AM to 5 PM.
• Sunday: September 21 from 7 AM to 7:45 AM.

We strongly recommend those who are already registered attend the pre-packet pick-up on Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM to avoid long lines on Sunday morning.

Plus, you can leisurely take advantage of the Saturday pre-packet pick up by enjoying live music, vendor market, food and drinks. Test run the course with the Nike Shakeout from 10 AM to 5 PM—view the full details here.

Race Schedule

On Sunday, September 21:

• Warm-Up: 7 AM - 7:55 AM.
• 15K Start Time: 8:00 AM sharp.
• 10K Start Time: 8:10 AM sharp.
• 5K Start Time: 8:20 AM sharp.

Awards & Post-Event Activities

USATF Guidelines: For winners in each race distance in the following categories of your identified registered gender:

• Male/Female Youth: 20 & under.
• Male/Female Open: 21-39.
• Male/Female Masters: 40-54.
• Male/Female Super Masters: 55 & older.

Prizes:

• The overall fastest times in each race (male & female) will win one round-trip airline ticket from Alaska Airlines!
• Winners from the Open, Masters, and Super-Masters category will win their weight in beverages courtesy of Widmer Brothers.
• Winners from our Youth category will win a unique swag bag prize package.
• All winners in these categories will also receive a medal, media coverage, and bragging rights until next year!
• Each finisher will receive a swag bag filled with sponsored gifts, a Nike t-shirt, a cold beverage, and a grilled cheese sandwich courtesy of Dave’s Killer Bread and Tillamook Cheese post-race.
• Other post-race features include music, raffle prizes from local businesses, the Soul-Ful vendor village, and great community networking.
