The Plus Strut™ is the first-ever 5K run/walk exclusively for plus-size women in North America, and we're back to make 2025 bigger, better, and even more empowering! In a country filled with countless 5K events, The Plus Strut stands out as a celebration of movement, health, and community for women who are rarely seen participating in events like this. We’re dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming space where plus-size women can take on this challenge, feel the incredible energy, embrace the diverse atmosphere, and be uplifted by the tremendous support and love. Our goal is for you to feel forever changed by the sense of pride and accomplishment you’ll gain as you cross the finish line.

Think this 5K isn't for you? Think again! Women of all fitness levels, from beginner to pro, have joined us from around the world.
- Inclusive Atmosphere: This isn’t the 5K where you’ll worry about being left behind – we’re all about moving at your own pace.
- Your Pace: Whether you walk, jog, or dance your way through, you’re moving faster than anyone sitting at home.
- Encouragement: Every stride counts, and every woman will be cheered on to the finish line because our goal is to finish together.

From our Friday Night Mixer to the Saturday morning 5K, the VIP Pillows & PJs event, and a Sunday Brunch, you’ll find endless opportunities to connect, have fun, and celebrate yourself. And yes, we’ve got your medal waiting! We can't wait to bling you out as you cross that finish line.

Friday, May 2nd
- 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Pre-Race Mixer – Connect with fellow participants, enjoy refreshments, and kick off the weekend with fun and energy!
Saturday, May 3rd
- 7:30 AM: Registration Opens - Please arrive to the park for registration and pre-race activities by 7:30 AM. The race will start promptly at 9 AM.
- 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Race Check-In & Warm-Up – Pick up your race packet, stretch, and get ready to strut!
- 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM: The Plus Strut 5K – Walk, jog, or run at your own pace and celebrate every step!
Saturday Night, May 3rd
- 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM: VIP Pillows & PJs Night (VIP Ticket Holders) – Relax and unwind with an exclusive evening of comfort, connection, and fun.
Sunday, May 4th
- 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM: Champions of Wellness Brunch – Enjoy a delicious brunch and toast to an amazing weekend with your fellow strutters!
