- November 28 (Race Day): Coffee and Hot Chocolate available at 8:00 am.
- Warm-Up: 8:45 am - Warm-Up & Welcome activities.
- Race Start: 9:00 am - 5K Run & Walk Starts.

- Partner: Collaboration with StretchLab for pre-race and post-race stretching.
- Session Details: 15-minute personalized stretch sessions available.
- Reservation: Limited sessions, reservation link provided in event confirmation email.
- Enhancement: Designed to enhance flexibility and reduce muscle tension.

- Free for Kids: Kids 10 & under are free to participate.
