CVAC Turkey Trot 2024

• Charitable Cause: 100% of proceeds go to the Monterey Food Bank.
• Event Type: This is a non-competitive fun run.
• Course: Run, jog, roll, or walk along the beautiful South Bank Trail.
• Family-Friendly: The whole family will have fun participating!

📅 Race Details

• Date: 2024-11-28 (Thanksgiving Day).
• Start Time: 9:00 am.
• Location: 27050 Rancho San Carlos, Carmel, CA.
• Strollers: Jogging strollers are welcome.

🏃‍♂️ Event Schedule

• November 26 & 27: T-Shirt Pick-up at CVAC front desk, 10:00 am - 7:00 pm.
• November 28 (Race Day): Coffee and Hot Chocolate available at 8:00 am.
• Warm-Up: 8:45 am - Warm-Up & Welcome activities.
• Race Start: 9:00 am - 5K Run & Walk Starts.

🤸‍♀️ StretchLab Sessions

• Partner: Collaboration with StretchLab for pre-race and post-race stretching.
• Session Details: 15-minute personalized stretch sessions available.
• Reservation: Limited sessions, reservation link provided in event confirmation email.
• Enhancement: Designed to enhance flexibility and reduce muscle tension.

📝 Registration & Fees

• Free for Kids: Kids 10 & under are free to participate.
• Includes: A race shirt for the first 250 registrants (sizes not guaranteed).
