• Mission: Improve lives through active volunteerism, providing basic needs and services.
• Item Collection: Non-perishable items for the Second Harvest Backpack Program
• Suggested Items: Rice, pastas and sauces: cereals: canned fruits and vegetables: canned proteins (chicken, tuna, salmon): peanut butter and jelly: crackers: canned soup: dried beans: pancake/waffle mix and syrup: pre-packaged snacks.

Entry Fees

• Adults: $30 (ages 13 and up)
• Children: $20 (ages 12 and under)
• Shirt Only: $20 (available through Nov 11)
• Note: Entry fees increase by $5 after November 11.

Registration Information

• Guarantee: Register by Nov 11 to ensure a shirt: limited shirts while supplies last.
• Online Registration: Closes November 23.
• In-Person Registration: November 25 from 5:00 - 6:30 PM, and November 26 from 7:30 - 8:15 AM.
• Pickup Location: Laurel Park clubhouse.

Race Details

• Toddler Trot: 8:15 AM, no registration required.
• 1 Mile Fun Run: 8:30 AM.
• 5K Run/Walk: 9:00 AM.
• Start/Finish: By the tennis courts on Georgetown Dr. Course Map

Cancellation Statement

• No Refunds: No refunds of registration fees.
• Event Occurrence: Rain or shine, warm or cold.
• Cancellation Rights: Event may be canceled in extreme circumstances.
• Donation Usage: Entry fee will be used as a charitable donation if canceled.
