Friends of Middies Athletics Turkey Trot

Exciting News!

The Friends of Middies Athletics is hosting a 5K Turkey Trot on November 23rd, and we couldn't be more thrilled. All race proceeds will benefit Dracut High School athletes. The race will start promptly at 9:00 AM, with registration opening at 8:00 AM. This event is designed to be fun for runners, walkers, and families of all ages and abilities. The course will be chip-timed, and results will be available immediately online.

• Location: 1580 Lakeview Ave, Dracut, MA
• T-Shirt: First 100 pre-registered runners will receive a guaranteed t-shirt!

Pre-Race Bib Pick-Up

Bibs can be picked up Friday, November 21, 2025, at Arthur J. Beaudry Memorial Field concession stand from 5:00 - 7:00 PM.

Race Day Registration and Bib Pick-Up

Runners can pick up bibs and register for the race starting at 8:00 AM at the Englesby Elementary School. If registering on race day, please arrive early to avoid long lines. Race day registration is $35, $25 for children (Under 10).

• Payment Methods: Cash, check, or online payments will be accepted.
• Processing Fee: Electronic payments will incur a processing fee.
• Checks: Please make them out to Friends of Middies Athletics.

Race Day Information

• Parking: Parking will be available in the school complex.
• Bathrooms: Englesby Elementary School will be open for people to use the restrooms.
• Awards: Awards will be presented immediately following the race.
• Eligibility: All runners must run/walk the entire race to be eligible for prizes.

Awards

• Overall Awards: First, Second, and Third-place OVERALL male and female finishers.
• Category Awards: First-place finishers in categories: (male/female) Under 14, 15-20, 21-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+.

Racing Protocol

Friends of Middies Athletics welcomes all runners and walkers. As a courtesy, please remember that walkers and all those walking or running with strollers should start in the back of the pack. This will leave the start line open for those with the fastest feet!
