Mid Hudson Road Runner's Club Annual Turkey Trot

🏃‍♂️ Race Registration Information

• Important note: There will be NO DAY OF REGISTRATION this year. You must pre-register online before Wednesday, November 26th at 11:59 pm.

🍂 Event Details

• Location: Arlington High School, Lagrangeville, NY
• Dates: November 27, 2025 (Thanksgiving Day)
• Races:
  • Kids 1 Mile Run/Walk at 8:45 am (Kids 12 and under only please: free with pre-registration)
  • 2 Mile Fun Run/Walk at 9:30 am
  • Joe Maggi 5 Mile Run/Walk at 9:15 am
  • Bob Rother Memorial 25K at 8:00 am
• Time Limit: 3:30 hour time limit. Course support will end at 11:00 am or whenever the last finisher is done, whichever occurs first.

💰 Pricing and Discounts

• Price Increase: PRICE INCREASE ON ALL RACES (except Kids 1 Mile) ON NOVEMBER 14th.
• Member Discount: Mid-Hudson Road Runners Club Members receive $5 off if pre-registered.

📋 Entry Policies

• Refunds: Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances including weather. Please do not register until you are certain that you plan to participate.
• Transfers: Bib transfers will not be allowed. All race participants must have a bib (aside from parents accompanying small children during the kid's run).
• Disqualification: Selling your entry, or running the race under someone else’s entry will result in disqualification from this year’s race and exclusion from future events.
• Race Switch: Switching between races is allowed assuming there is still space. Please email MHRRC.info@gmail.com for all race switches.

🚫 Restrictions

• Accessibility: We are unable to accommodate wheelchairs, roller blades, baby strollers, and dogs at these events.
• Headphones: The use of headphones is strongly discouraged.

📬 Pre-Race Communication

• Email Registration: It is imperative that you register with a valid email that you check, or you will miss important communications from race organizers.
• Social Media: Please follow MHRRC / Dutchess County Classic on Facebook.

🏆 Awards

• Kids Awards: All kids will receive a ribbon upon completing their race.
• Age Group Awards: Overall and age group awards for the following categories (4 & Under, 5 to 7, 8 to 10, 11 to 12).
• 5M Awards: Overall and age group awards in 10 year age categories.
• 25K Awards: Top 3 M/F for the 25K.

🎟️ Bib Pickup Information

• Thanksgiving Morning: You may choose to pick your bib up Thanksgiving morning (time TBD) at Arlington High School.
• Monday, November 24th: 3:00 - 7:00 pm at Angels of Light, 28 Front Street, Millbrook, NY 12545.
• Tuesday, November 25th: 4:00 - 7:00 pm at Fleet Feet Poughkeepsie, 1895 South Road, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601.
• Wednesday, November 26th: 3:00 - 7:00 pm at Empire Performance PT Wappingers Location, 985 NY-376, Suite 21, Wappingers Falls, NY 12590.
