About this race
The Log Run Half Marathon, 10 Mile, 10K and 5K race originated back in 1997 and has held more than 22 state records over its 30-year history. A superb, mostly downhill race gently descending into historic Stillwater, Minnesota, the Log Run is known as one of the fastest races around. If you’re looking to run your personal best, this is it. The scenic route brings runners into historic downtown Stillwater from the north passing parks and farms on rural roads with bluff views along the way showcasing the Federally protected St. Croix River and surrounding valley. The Log Run is part of the Run Stillwater 5-race series.
