The 5K Gobble Wobble is an event created by Move Montgomery to promote wellness in the River Region by encouraging Montgomery residents to live healthier, happier lives. The run/walk will allow participants to exercise at their own pace while staying healthy and having fun!

🎟️ Registration Details

• Cost: Registration for the event is FREE!
• Shirts: Run t-shirts will be provided to the first 400 registrants to pick up their race registrations.

🏢 About Move Montgomery

First Lady Tamika Reed launched the Move Montgomery Task Force to help Montgomerians stay physically fit and prioritize wellness. Alabama has the sixth-highest adult obesity rate in the nation, and the sixteenth-highest obesity rate for youth ages 10 to 17. It is an issue that is especially prevalent in central Alabama counties, like Montgomery. Obesity is linked to many known medical issues which can be better managed or mitigated with weight loss and routine exercise.

📅 Packet Pick-Up Information

• Date: Packet pick-up for the Gobble Wobble will be on Wednesday afternoon, November 27th.
• Time: 3 PM till 6 PM.
• Location: Legacy Plaza at 336 North Court Street.
• Note: Please stop by to pick-up your race bib/shirt prior to the run and avoid the long lines on Friday morning as it promises to be a large gathering for this fun event!
