Join us on May 18, 2025, at 511 Lake Zurich Road - Jewel Tea Pavilion, Barrington, IL, for our 12th Annual Dash for the Dogs 5K Run/Walk to raise funds for the dogs & cats under our care at Animal House Shelter!

🏃‍♂️ Run or Walk

• Participation: Run or Walk the 5K with your dog or without!
• Requirements: Dogs must be up to date on all vaccinations and be excellent around all other animals & people.
• Certification: The Race is Certified & Timed by J3 Timing and is an excellent race for runners of all levels.
• Family Fun: There is also a 1 Mile Family Fun Walk directly after the 5K!

❤️ Support Our Cause

• Proceeds: 100% of the proceeds go towards the dogs and cats at our No Kill Animal Shelter.
• Tax Deductible: We are a 501C3 and all donations are tax deductible.
• About Us: Founded in June 2002, Animal House Shelter rescues and cares for homeless animals.
• Animal Background: Many animals come from high kill facilities that are euthanizing due to lack of space.

🐕 Dogs Welcome!

• Encouragement: Dogs are encouraged to participate in the run or walk too!!
• Prizes: The first two dogs to cross the finish line receive prizes!
