Course

• Distance: The course will be at least three miles but no more than five miles.

Premium

• Shirt: A red long-sleeved moisture wicking shirt will be provided.
• Guarantee: Shirts will be guaranteed to runners & walkers who register by the deadline.
• Availability: There may or may not be a limited number of shirts available on race day.
• Recommendation: Pre-register to guarantee your shirt on the day of the race.

Registration

• Time: Day-of-race registration and packet pickup will take place beginning at 8:30 a.m.
• Location: In the Pavilion at Pleasant Ridge Park.

Awards

• Prediction: This is a time-prediction run where participants predict their pace-per-mile.
• Participation: Walkers are welcome, and you must refrain from using watches or timing devices.
• Choice: Those closest to their predicted pace will receive a selection of chocolate and candy awards.
• Presence: Must be present when awards are announced to choose your own award.

Weather Policy

• Race Status: The race will take place as scheduled regardless of the weather.
• Emergency Situations: The race may be postponed or cancelled by emergency officials.
• Update Check: Check the ERC website on the morning of the race if you have any doubt about the race being held.

Post-Race Refreshments

• Refreshments: There will be refreshments available following the race.
• Location: In the Pavilion.
