🏞️ Nature Preserve Details

• Size: The Preserve at Lakewood spans 120 acres.
• Environment: Features include forest land, dirt trails, and a variety of plant/animal species.
• Starting Time: All participants begin at 6:30 AM.
• Awards: Finisher awards for everyone completing 13.1 miles or more.

⏳ Race Format

• Challenge: Timed Lap Challenge with multiple distances from Half Marathon to 100k.
• Loop: 2 Mile Loop with Descending Time Cutoffs.
• Finish Criteria: The first runner on the 31st lap will be the winner.
• Clock Management: Runners must complete each 2 mile loop in required time.

🌲 Course Description

• Scenery: The course is set in a nature preserve with diverse wildlife.
• Path: Grass path, very wide, with some rolling hills.
• Wildlife: Expect to see deer, birds, and possibly foxes.
• Trail Type: The course will be trail, rolling, partly shaded.

🍏 Aid Stations

• Location: Basic aid station at the start/finish of the 2 mile loop.
• Supplies: Items may include pickles, cookies, chips, assorted candy, and pretzels.
• Hydration: Available drinks include water, coke, and ginger ale.
• Donations: Feel free to donate supplies or homemade items for the aid station.

🎒 Personal Tent Set Up & Drop Bags

• Location: Drop bags or personal tents are allowed near the aid station.
• Mindfulness: Keep personal belongings off the course to ensure smooth traffic flow.
• Cleanup: Please "pack in and pack out" to leave the area better than you found it.
• Rain or Shine: Set up is permitted even in the rain.
