The Fitness Walk and 1 Mile Races will start near 1512 S. Loudoun Street near Blue Ridge Electric.

at the statue in front of the Old Courthouse on the walking mall

A T-shirt is NOT included in the registration fee: If you would like a T-shirt, please select your size on the Giveaway page and $10 will be added to your cart. T-shirts are only available to order to those who register prior to April 20.
T-Shirts will not be an option: to those who register after the deadline.

Fitness Walk:

Tot Trot:

Waves: The race will be run in waves of approximately 75-100 runners each.
Fitness Walk: The non-competitive Fitness Walk will begin at 8:00 am.
Top Waves: The first mile heat featuring the Top ~50-75 men (A-Wave) will start at 8:30 am, followed by the Top ~50-75 women (B-Wave) at 8:40 am.
Subsequent Waves: will be based on entry time. The last few waves will be random to allow families to run together.

The Tot Trot will happen approximately 10 minutes after the last runner finishes in the last wave.

Due to the race wave format, there will be NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION! You MUST enter the race by 5:00 pm on Sunday, May 25th in order to participate.

Your bib number: will indicate your wave. Please see wave information HERE.
Line Up: When you arrive at the start area, line up with your wave. The A-wave will line up on the starting line and other waves will be staggered south on Loudoun Street and along Commerce Ave.
