🎉 21st Annual Jingle Run by QC Striders

The Frankfort 5K Jingle Run/2 Mile Walk & Kids Mile is scheduled to take place on December 13th, 2025, in Fort Ashby, WV.

📍 Location Details

• Address: 44 Fort Ashby Road, Fort Ashby, WV 26719
• Course: The course is located on Dan’s Run Road. It will begin and end by the Fort Ashby Primary School.
• Awards & Registration: Held in the Fort Ashby Primary School.
• Directions: Fort Ashby is located 15 miles south of Cumberland on US Route 28.

🅿️ Parking Information

• Available Parking: Fort Ashby Community Building and Trinity UM Church.
• Important: Do not park behind the Primary School: the road beside and behind is private.

👥 Age Groups

• Categories: 10 and under: 11-13: 14-16: 17-19: 20-29: 30-39: 40-49: 50-59: 60 and over.

🏆 Awards Information

• Overall Awards: Male and female 5K winners: male and female masters.
• Age Group Awards: Top three finishers per age/gender group in 5K.
• Kid Awards: Ribbons to all kids 10 and under plus mile participants.

💵 Entry Fee

• Early Registration: $15.00 for 5K/2 Mile walk: $12.00 for Kids Fun Mile if signed up by midnight November 21st.
• Late Registration: $20.00 for 5K/2 Mile walk: $15.00 for Kids Fun Mile if registered after midnight November 21st and on Race day.

👕 Race T-shirts

• Pre-registration: T-shirts for all entries who pre-register prior to November 28th.
• While Supplies Last: Remaining shirts will be given as supplies last.

🌟 Proceeds

All proceeds go toward the FHS Cross-Country Program.

🗓️ Schedule

• Registration: Opens at 7:45am-8:45am.
• 5K/2 Mile Walk: Starts at 9:00am.
• Kids Mile: Concludes after the 5K race/2 Mile walk (about 10am).
• Awards: After the Kids race (about 10:30am).

⚠️ Weather Policy

If poor weather conditions on race day, check your email or QC Striders Facebook page for information. Make-up day is December 20th.
