• Refund Policy: No refunds once registered and paid

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Committee Rights: The CHARACTER COUNTS! Steering Committee can cancel the race.
• No Refunds: There will be no refunds if cancellation occurs for any reason.

REGISTRATION

• Mail Registration: Send to Community Relations at 40 Orange Street, St. Augustine, FL 32084.
• Postmark Deadline: Mail-in registrations must be postmarked by January 23, 2026.
• Checks: Make payable to "District Designated Accounts."

PACKET PICK UP

• Date and Time: February 6, from 4 - 6 PM
• Additional Pick Up: February 7, from 7 AM - 8:45 AM at the race site.

AWARDS

• Categories: Overall Male and Female finishers
• Master Winners: Male and Female Masters
• Age Groups: Top 3 runners in categories: 9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 and over.

T-SHIRTS

• Registration Deadline: Participants must register by December 31, 2025.
• Shirt Availability: Run t-shirts will be provided (size may be substituted).

RACE TIMING AND SCORING

• Timing Service: Professionally timed and scored by Hasselmania Productions.
• Tag Information: Timed using disposable electronic tags attached to the bib number.
• Bib Position: Please wear your bib number on the front, pinned at all four corners.
• Results: Printed results will be posted at the race site and live online during the race at www.RaceSmith.com.
