💰 ENTRY FEES

• 6K/3K: $30 before January 1
• 6K/3K: $35 from January 1 - 31
• 6K/3K: $40 on Race Day
• Refund Policy: Once registered and paid, no refunds will be given

☔ RACE CANCELLATION

• Cancellation Rights: The CHARACTER COUNTS! Steering Committee reserves the right to cancel the race in case of inclement weather or emergency.
• No Refunds: There will be no refunds in the event of cancellation for any reason.

REGISTRATION

• Mail Registration: Send to Community Relations at 40 Orange Street, St. Augustine, FL 32084.
• Postmark Deadline: Mail-in registration must be postmarked by Friday, January 10, 2025.
• Checks: Make all checks payable to "District Designated Accounts."

📦 PACKET PICK UP

• Date: January 31, from 4 - 6 PM
• Date: February 1, from 7 AM - 8:30 AM
• Location: At the race site.

🏆 AWARDS

• CATEGORIES: Overall Male and Female finishers.
• Masters Winners: Male and Female.
• Age Groups: Top 3 runners in various age categories from 9 and under to 70 and over.

👕 T-SHIRTS

• Deadline: Participants must be registered by December 31, 2024, to receive a run t-shirt.
• Shirt Size: Shirt sizes may be substituted.

⏱️ RACE TIMING AND SCORING

• Timing Company: Professionally timed and scored by Hasselmania Productions.
• Timing Method: Using disposable electronic tags attached to the bib number.
• Bib Visibility: Please wear your bib number to the front, pinned at all four corners, visible, and unaltered.
• Results: Printed results will be posted at the race site and live online during the race at www.RaceSmith.com.
