True to the Brew 5k 2026 is officially SOLD OUT! We will not have any registrations available at Packet Pick Up or on Race Day! We appreciate your overwhelming support of the Palmetto Trail.

- Course: NEW urban trail course through downtown Columbia along the Capital City Passage of the Palmetto Trail
- Series: First race in the Palmetto Trail Race Series and the True to the Brew Trifecta (5K, 10K, and 13.1)
Participation Details
- Family Friendly: Great for all ages, we encourage you to sign up your entire family.
- Capacity: Capped at 500 participants.
- Selling Out: True to the Brew events are known to SELL OUT!
- Support: Proceeds benefit the Palmetto Trail to help expand and maintain the trail across South Carolina.
Post-Race Celebration
- Finish Line Festivities: Join us at the Palmetto Trail Headquarters.
- Entertainment: Live music will be featured.

Race Conditions
This race is rain or shine! No Refunds or Deferrals. Strollers and Dogs on a leash are welcome!
