St. Pat's 5k (Race 2 Tour de Patrick)

ABOUT THE RACE

Join us for the St. Pat's 5K on Saturday, March 21st, 2026 in Providence, RI. Celebrate St. Patrick's Day with loved ones and run or walk this festive 5K. Don't forget the kids! Our kids race is open to children 12 and under. Parents are welcome to run with their kids.

• Post-Race Gathering: After the race, meet us at Patrick’s Pub located at 381 Smith St. in Providence.
• Live Music: Enjoy LIVE MUSIC as you enjoy the parade.
• CASH BAR: Please Bring ID.

UPGRADE TO THE TOUR DE PATRICK

Looking for an extra challenge? The St. Pat's 5K also serves as the second leg of our 3-Race Series, the Tour de Patrick, which celebrates St. Patrick's Day with three races in three cities in Rhode Island throughout the month of March.

• Race Options: Participants can sign up for one, two or all three races!
• Custom Rewards: Participants who run all three will earn Tour de Patrick custom socks as well as the 2026 Tour de Patrick finisher's medal.
• Packing Info: Participants in the Tour de Patrick will pick up all three numbers and t-shirts at the Irish 5K on Saturday, March 7th.

Date: Saturday, March 21st, 2026
Time: 10:30am Kids Run // 11am 5K Run/Walk
Location: RI Statehouse at 82 Smith Street, Providence, RI

EVENTS

• Kids Leprechaun Run: Approximately 1/4 mile for ages 12 and under. Parents may run with their children. 10:30 am Start Time.
• 5K Run/Walk: 3.1 Miles. As always, walkers are welcome.
• Safety Note: Please Note: no pets allowed and strollers must start in the back for safety reasons.
• 5K Start Time: 11am Start Time.

ENTRY FEES

• 5K Run/Walk: $33 to 12/31/2025, $35 1/1/2025 to 1/31/2026, $37 2/1/2025 to 3/20/2026, $40 Race Weekend Walk Up Registration.
• Kids Leprechaun Run: $17 to 12/31/25, $18 1/1/2025 – 1/31/2026, $19 2/1/2025 – 3/20/2026, $20 Race Weekend Walk Up Registration.
• Full Guinness Tour de Patrick (3 Races): $90 to 12/31/2025, $96 1/1/2025 to 1/31/2026, $102 2/1/2025 to 3/6/2026.
• Online Savings: Save $6 when you register any two 5ks at the same time online: Save $9 when you register for all three 5ks at the same time online.

VIRTUAL PARTICIPANTS

If you are participating in the race virtually, we encourage you to pick up your race shirt from us at a Pre-Race Packet Pickup if you are able to. If you cannot make it, we will mail your shirt to the address provided on RunSignUp AFTER race day.

• Submitting Results: To submit your virtual results, you will head to RunRhody.com and select "Result" from the top navigation menu.
• Results Submission: From there, select 2025 and the race name, which will bring you to the results page.
• Series Count: Virtual participation DOES count toward any of our race series.
