Backup Racecourse
Alternate Course: In the 11-year history of this race, there have been four instances of using an alternate course.
Location: An alternate course utilizes the 30-acre pond at Blanca Vista Park and a portion of the levee trail system.
Experience: Participants will still enjoy great views while running on ice/snow.
Footwear Recommendations
Suggested Shoes: Running shoes with microspikes are ideal for traction.

Alternative Options: Hiking boots or shoes with extra tread are also recommended.
