Join Friends of Stark Parks for The Canalway Classic Spring Peeper Saturday, March 28, 2026 starting at 8:30 a.m. in St. Helena Park in Canal Fulton. This family-friendly walk/run 2 mile, 5 mile, or combo 2 + 5 mile race is a major fundraiser for Friends of Stark Parks.

💰 Purpose of the Event

Money raised from this event allows Friends of Stark Parks to support a variety of supplemental projects in Stark Parks:

• Wildlife Center fence: Essential for wildlife protection.
• Wildlife Center floor scrubber: Maintains cleanliness and hygiene.
• Chip and seal machines: Improve road conditions.
• parkrun box/fund: Supports community engagement.
• Summer Serenades: Fund for seasonal events.
• Sippo Valley Trail Bridge: Enhances trail accessibility.
