Event Overview

Grab your sweetheart and join us at Fleet Feet Blue Dome (located at 2nd and Frankfort) in Downtown Tulsa on Saturday, February 14, 2026, for the Sweetheart Run!

Distances Offered

• Available options: Participants can choose from three distances: the 5K, 15K, or Fun Run.
• 15K course: The 15K course will cover both downtown Tulsa and flatter sections using the Riverparks Trail system.
• 5K course: The 5K course will be exclusively within downtown Tulsa.

Team Registration

• Couples team: When registering, you have the option to sign up as a couples team for the 5K or 15K.
• Minimum requirement: This requires a minimum of two people.
• Individual competition: Both runners will compete in the race individually, but at the end of the event, we will combine your finish times to create a team time.
• Awards: We will rank all team times and award prizes for 1st place. Please note that this is not a relay, and you do not need to run together during the race.
