Feel the Love 5K and 10K

💖 Event Overview

Bryn Mawr Running Company is proud to invite you to the 17th Annual Feel the Love 5K. There is no other race like this! Scoring for the race will consist of a couple’s COMBINED final times. This is a unique and motivational race where it takes 2 to do well! With four couple categories to choose from, there is something for everyone!

• Participants: The 5K will be restricted to 350 participants in the LIVE event.
• 10K Option: This year we are adding a 10K event option, same great categories and prizes.
• Eligibility: A minimum of 40 participants is required to host the 10K event.
• Capping: We are capping the 10K time limit to 80 minutes.

👫 Individual Participation

INDIVIDUALS ARE WELCOME TO RACE! We’ll pair you up with another solo runner if you want!

• Finisher Gifts: T-shirt or other giveaway to all finishers.
• Awards: Unique Awards and a Kids Race!
• Beneficiary: Proceeds will benefit the Parkinson’s disease Foundation at Jefferson Hospital, and the Bryn Mawr Running Club.

🗺️ Race Location

Location: Wilson Farm Park

The Park has a scenic loop section and an out and back course on paved trails. Your combined timed with your partner will make you eligible for great prizes. Course Maps are below.

🏅 5K Division Rules

• Lovers Couple: ANY married couple (3 deep)
• Family Couple: 2 divisions - parent/child, siblings
• Friends: 2 divisions - same sex male and same sex female
• Mixed: all others

INDIVIDUALS ARE WELCOME TO RACE! We’ll pair you up with another solo runner if you want! (Awards will go 1 deep in each division)

• Overall Lovers Couple: Only
• Division Growth: We'll add more divisions as 10K numbers increase.

• 9:30-11:00 AM: Registration
• 10:45 AM: Kids Race
• 10:50 AM: 10K Start
• 11:05 AM: 5K Start
• 11:45 AM: Awards

🏆 Virtual 5K Option

If you can't make the LIVE 5K, there is always the Virtual 5K. Sign up for a division and run with or without your partner and submit your overall results either using the Racejoy app or through runsignup.com.

• Shipping: All virtual runners will be shipped their custom bib number and long sleeve t-shirt.
• Awards: Virtual runners will not be eligible for awards.

🌧️ Weather and Covid Situation

The LIVE event will be run rain or shine. If the course is covered in snow, we’ll postpone the race to another Sunday in February. If the pandemic restrictions won’t allow for a live race, all participants will be moved to the virtual event.
