It's time for our Fun in the Sun 5k, 10k, 15k, Half Marathon run/walk!!

📅 Event Details and Schedule

• Date: Sunday, June 8th, 2025
• Time: Bib pick up - 7:00-7:30AM
• Start: 7:30AM
• Results: Everyone will get a time and place on our results page at: www.abetterworldrunning.com

• Free Downloads: We take pictures that are free to download on our Facebook page.
• Experience: We emphasize a more relaxed, fun, and personal racing experience!
• Official Results: Official times and places will be posted on our website: www.abetterworldrunning.com
• Note: NO REFUNDS, NO BANDITS PLEASE.

🗺️ Course Information

• Course Layout: The course is super easy to follow. It will consist of counterclockwise loops around the beach path that will be marked.
• Distances: 5k (1 loop), 10k (2 loops), 15k (3 loops): Course Map
• Half Marathon: 3 x 4.36 mile loops: Course Map
• Address: 2000 Ocean Ave. Santa Monica, CA

🚗 Parking Information

• Street Parking: Meters on the street are free until 9AM. After 9AM, you are responsible for payment.
• Street Sweeping: Please check the signs on the meters for parking restrictions on Saturday from 7-9AM.
• Beach Parking: The beach parking lot has a flat fee that varies from $8-12.
• Payment Options: Fees can be paid through the machine or at the booth when it is open.
