Event Overview
The seldom seen Freedom Tunnel will echo with the sound of your feet as you run over it and through NYC's quintessential Riverside Park. Wedged between the historical Upper West Side neighborhood and the Hudson River, this venue is known for its gorgeous views of Manhattan’s waterfronts, lush greenery, and myriad walking and biking paths. Enjoy it all with a course that will leave you wanting to explore more of this 150-year-old park designed by America's renowned landscape architect Fredrick La Olmsted.

- 5K Course: 1 loop
- 10K Course: 2 loops
Water Stations
There will be water stations about every 1.5 miles along the course. Water, Gatorade, and electrolyte gels will be provided.

Race Day Packet Pick-up
- Time: 8:00 a.m. to 8:45 a.m.
- Requirements: Bring picture I.D. You will receive a bib with a timing chip attached to it.
Baggage Check-in
- Time: 8:00 a.m. to 8:45 a.m.
- Tagging: Your bib will have a tear-off tag that you will pin to your personal bag. You need to show the matching bib to retrieve your bag from the secure area.
Race Start
9 a.m.
Preliminary Results
Will be posted at around 10:00 a.m.
Awards Ceremony
10:30 – 11:30 a.m.
Post Race Celebration

There are no transfers, no credits, no refunds. Race Directors reserve the right to change the date, modify or cancel the race. If this is the case, your entry may be transferred to another event.
