🏃♂️ Event Overview
The 5K run and 1 mile walk will start and finish at Mantua VFW, and continue through beautiful Chestnut Branch Park. After race and walk finish, everyone is invited back to the Mantua VFW Post 7679, 8 New York Ave., Mantua N.J.
🎉 Post-Race Festivities
- Awards Ceremony: Celebrate the achievements of the participants.
- Refreshments: Enjoy a selection of food and drinks.
- Luncheon: A meal for all participants to enjoy.
- Complementary Beverages: Age-appropriate drinks will be available.
💖 Family Friendly Atmosphere
Fun for all ages! Proceeds will benefit Honor Flight of Southern New Jersey, and the Mantua VFW.

Categories include:
- 19 & Under: Young runners.
- 20-29: Young adults.
- 30-39: Adults in their prime.
- 40-49: Seasoned runners.
- 50-59: Experienced competitors.
- 60-69: Veteran participants.
- 70+: Our senior athletes.
