The Eatonville 10-K RUCK CHALLENGE

HELLO world, my name is Cassie. I am an Army Veteran, and the Founder and President of Mother RUCKer.

🎯 OUR MISSION: To inspire, empower, and save lives

  • Focus: reconnecting our AMERICAN HEROES, their families, and the community with the healing power of nature and rucking!
  • Collaboration: This event is a partnership between one Veteran for-profit (Mother RUCKer) &: one non-profit (Mission Outdoors).
  • Support: 50% of the registration fees from this event support these Non-Profit missions.
  • Donations: 100% of the donations support MOTHER RUCKer Future RUCKS.

  • Event: Join us for a mouth watering BBQ and connection directly following.

🦮 NEEDED INFO: RUCKers, walkers, dogs are all welcome.

  • Kids: Kids 12 and under FREE!
  • Weather: Rain or Shine, WE ARE RUCKING. Dress accordingly.

👕 RACE DAY TSHIRT PICKUP: 9-10:30am

📖 MOTHER RUCKer History:

I know first hand what it feels like to carry a heavy load. My experience as a combat vet and personally being diagnosed with mental injuries like PTSD. My own suffering blossomed into a desire to help others manage their suffering with PTSD and trauma by getting outdoors and RUCKing.
Together we can save lives, inspire others to keep on RUCKin, and leave this planet better than we found it.
🏋️ Rucking is a new take on an old form of exercise.
  • Activity: Involves walking or hiking with a weighted backpack or weighted vest.
  • Benefits: Builds mental toughness and physical strength.
  • Growth: Challenges yourself and pushes through discomfort.
  • Community: Train with military veterans and empowered individuals.
