Find Their Footing 5K

🏃‍♀️ Race Description

Our 9th Annual Find Their Footing 5K- Dashing Through the Decades will be held on April 26, 2025, at Rose Tree Park in Media, PA. Through this event, AFTH will raise money for our Expecting & Birth Parent Support Fund. This fund supports birth parents in need, many find themselves in need of additional financial support to help with housing, food, and transportation to regain their footing.

• Overall: Top 1st place overall
• Age Groups: Top 1st in each age group 10-15, 16-20, 31-45, 46-60, 61+

💰 Entry

• Early Bird Pricing: $35 (now until April 4th)
• Regular Price: $40 (Day of event)

🎉 Amenities

• Dress Up: We invite runners to dress in their best 80s, 90s, or 2000s outfits.
• Swag: Runners will receive a 2025 Find Their Footing T-shirt, medal, swag bag, and raffle ticket.
• Festival: After-race festival with music, refreshments, speakers, raffles, and an awards ceremony.
• Activities: Food trucks, vendors, music, kids' inflatables, and more at the festival.

👶 Kid's Dash

We will also have a kids dash for kids under the age of 10 years old before the start of the main race at 9:15 am. The first kids dash is for ages 5 & under, and 6-10 years old. Please register so that we can account for our kids dash participants.

💸 Fundraising Opportunity

There will also be a fundraising opportunity for those who would like to contribute to our fundraising goals. Those who raise targeted donations will receive prizes. First place fundraiser will receive a special grand prize.
