The Frigid 5 Miler
On a crisp, icy morning in the heart of winter, runners gathered for the Frigid 5 Miler, a race unlike any other. Join us to remember the day you would brave the cold, test your endurance, and share the course with a most unusual participant: a yeti!
Race Course
- Distance: 5 miles
- Location: Lake Metroparks Jordan Creek Park
- Terrain: Hard-packed gravel trails and a bike path
- Participant: A playful yeti mascot joining the runners
The Pancake Feast
After crossing the finish line, participants are welcomed indoors to thaw out.
- Breakfast: Pancake breakfast awaits with stacks of golden, fluffy pancakes
- Experience: The warmth of the room and the smell of maple
