FROZEN 4 Mile Run & 2 Mile Walk

❄️ Event Overview

Kick off 2026 with the FROZEN4, a fun and frosty race to help start the new year on the right foot! Join us on Saturday, January 3, 2026, at Ephram White Park (885 Mt. Olivet Road, Bowling Green). All proceeds will go to a local student athlete in need of financial assistance for medical bills. We will announce the 2026 recipient in November.

🕒 Event Details

• 8:30 AM: 2 Mile Walk (walkers only)
• 9:00 AM: 4 Mile Run (runners or walkers welcome)
• Reminder: Walkers in the 2 Mile Walk must stick to walking!

👕 Swag

Every paid participant will receive a choice of a cozy FROZEN4 crewneck sweatshirt OR hoodie, perfect for those chilly winter days. Don’t wait! To guarantee your hoodie is ready at packet pickup, be sure to register by December 15th! Unless other arrangements are made prior to packet pickup, we will not hold any unclaimed sweatshirts after race day.

• Masters: Overall Masters Male & Female (40-49)
• Grandmasters: Overall Grandmasters Male & Female (50-59)
• Senior Grandmasters: Overall Senior Grandmasters Male & Female (60+)
• Top 3: Male & female age categories from 8 & Under to 75 & Over

2 MILE WALK

• Overall Walk: Male & Female
• Top 5: Male & Top 5 Female

Friday, January 2nd

• Time: 4:00pm - 6:00pm
• Location: Runners' Lounge, 730 Fairview Avenue A2

Race Day Packet Pickup - Saturday, January 3rd

• Location: Ephram White Park
• Time: 7:30am - 8:15am
• Note: No packets will be handed out after this time!!
• Important: NO "Walk-Up" RACE DAY REGISTRATION!
• Online registration ends: January 3, 2026 @ 8:00am.
