• 7:30 AM: Packet pickup and same-day race registration (registration closes 20 minutes before each event)
• 8:30 AM: 5k begins
• 8:35 AM: 1k begins
• 9:30 AM: Awards Ceremony

🎗️ About the Beau Bear Organization

• Mission: All proceeds benefit Beau Bear Organization, a non-profit organization reaching and blessing families after the tragic loss of a child.
• Background: Founded by a family that has experienced their own loss, born out of compassion to help others dealing with emotional trauma.
• Support: Provides financial aid, household essentials, and additional emotional support and resources.
• Community: Runners will arrive at the finish line for breakfast, coffee, and entertainment!

• T-shirt Guarantee: Race t-shirts guaranteed to racers registered by March 17th, 2025.
• Family Friendly: Bring the family – fun for all ages and fitness levels!

• Registration Fees (after March 17th):
• 5k: $40.00
• 1k: $25.00
• Sleep-In Supporter: $30.00
• Note: Can’t get up that early? Don’t sweat it! Show your support from home in your pjs!

🏆 Award Categories

• 5K: Trophies awarded for Overall Male and Female and Masters (40+) Male and Female.
• Finishers: All 5K finishers receive a medal.
• Age Group Awards: M&F, 3 places deep for age groups 0-10, 11-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+
• 1k: Award ribbons to all participant finishers.

• Refund Policy: Entry fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and entries are NON-TRANSFERABLE.
• Note: Once your entry is accepted, you will not receive a refund if you cannot participate – it will be considered a donation to the Beau Bear Foundation.
• Transfers: You may not give or sell your number to anyone else.
• Weather: The event will be held rain or shine.
