Dino Stomp Out Kids Cancer 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk/Hike

Event Overview

Experience our fun race being hosted at Dinosaur Valley State Park. Have fun in the morning sun on some "behind the scenes" trails that are open to the public just for this special event. The 2nd Annual Dino Stomp Out Kids Cancer is a family fun run/walk fundraiser benefit for children fighting cancer hosted by Brooke’s Blossoming Hope for Childhood Cancer Foundation. Try the 1-mile fun run/walk/hike or venture farther in HOPE on the 5K course stomping alongside real DINO TRACKS on the shores of the Paluxy River. Come enjoy a day of family fun! All ages and fitness levels welcome.

Important Registration Information

• T-shirts: Race t-shirts guaranteed to racers registered by April 30, 2026.
• Early Bird Registration Fees: 5K - $25.00, 1M - $10.00 (Kids who race can get a FREE KITE for the Post-Race Flying Event).
• Advanced Registration Fees: 5K - $30.00, 1M - $12.00 (Kids who race can get a FREE KITE for the Post-Race Flying Event).
• Race Day Registration Fees: 5K - $35.00, 1M - $15.00 (Kids who race can get a FREE KITE for the Post-Race Flying Event).

Awards

• Award Categories: Age Divisions: Male & Female.
• Age Groups: 9 and under, 10-12, 13-14, 15-17, 18-20, 21-25, 26-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 and over.
• Prizes: Medals for Overall & Master Finishers and Kites for Kids.

Race Day Schedule

• Walk-Up Registration: 6:30-7:30am.
• 5K Race START: 8:00 am.
• 1 Mile Fun Run START: 5 minutes after the last 5K runner starts.
