Event Purpose

The Hybrid Runner Foundation is proud to support the Cleburne community of up-and-coming runners by donating the race proceeds to the Cleburne High School Cross Country and Track Teams.

• Non-Profit Status: We are a non-profit organization under the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Code Section 501(c)(3).
• Funding: Proceeds from the race will go directly to fund shoes, equipment, uniforms, and general team needs.
• Community Impact: Helping young, aspiring runners have all the tools to compete at their best.
• Previous Success: Last year, our family of runners was thrilled to have a top-notch race in our backyard!

Event Highlights

• Finishers Medals: Customized 5K Finishers Medals will be awarded to all participants who cross the finish line.
• Mascot Race: Enjoy a fun mascot race to the finish line.

Registration Information

(This is a 5-kilometer event = 3.1 miles)

• Early Bird Price: Now through 05/03/26 - $25.00.
• Pre-Registration Fees: 05/04/26 through 9/13/26 - $30.00.
• Registration Fees: 9/14/26-11/20/26 - $35.00.
• Last Minute Registration: 11/21/26 - Day of Event - $40.00.

Team Discount: Teams of 10 or more will receive a $5.00 discount per person if registered by 11/20/26.

Registered 5K Runners Receive:

• T-shirt: Official 2026 Turkey Trot T-shirt (guaranteed if registered by Oct 31, 2026).
• Goodie Bag: Participants will receive a goodie bag.
• Free Photos: Free Race Photos and Chip-timed Results.

Packet Pickup

Early Packet Pickup Date: Friday, November 20, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Hulen Park under the Pavilion, 1010 Hillsboro St, Cleburne, TX 76033.

Race Day Packet Pickup Time: Saturday, November 21st, 6:30 am CST - 7:45 am CST.

Race Day Schedule

• Walk-up Registration & Package pick up: 6:30 am - 7:45 am.
• Pre-race announcements, mascot race, and best Turkey costume contest start at 7:45 a.m.
• 5K Race/Walk starts at 8:00 a.m.
• Awards presentation following the last runner crossing the finish line.
