Lake Granbury Kiwanis Firecracker 5K & 1M Fun Run

Event Overview

This course has been officially measured as an official 5K distance. This is a very flat and fast course.

Race will be chip timed by Race Day Event Services.

Race Day Schedule

• 6:15 a.m. – 7:00 a.m.: Registration/Packet Pick Up
• 7:15 a.m.: 5K run begins
• 7:20 a.m.: 1 Mile Fun run begins
• Awards: Given immediately following conclusion of 5K

Packet Pick-up

• Early Packet Pick-up: Available at the YMCA
• Date and Time: July 2, 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
• Date and Time: July 3, 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• Deadline: REGISTER BY June 25th TO BE GUARANTEED A T-SHIRT!

Registration Fees

• $30.00: 11 & over
• $25.00: 10 & under and 65+
• $20.00: 1M fun run, all ages
• Note: Race day Registration adds $5.00 to above fees

Awards and Prizes

• First Place: Overall male/female winners will each receive a $30 gift certificate from Chicken Express.
• Second Place: Overall male/female winners will each receive a $15 gift certificate from Chicken Express.
• Medals: Presented to all other age category winners.
• Age Categories: 12 and under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+

Special Prize

Special raffle prize $100 Visa Gift card from First National Bank.
