Raleigh Run for Rare 5K

2026 Raleigh Run for Rare 5K Run and 1 Mile Walk

The National MPS Society will host a timed 5K run and 1 mile walk, beginning at 9 AM on Saturday, March 28. The 1 mile walk will begin at 9:05 AM. Packet pickup and day of registration will open at 7:30 AM. A picnic for attendees and volunteers will be held after the race!

Not able to join in person? Participate virtually!

It is just like any other 5K, except there is no official race location. You get to choose where, with whom, and even how you want to complete the 5K. By participating virtually, you can run the 5K at any time leading up to March 28th. It can even be done in increments, keep track of your distance until you hit the 5K!

Sponsorship Levels

• Diamond Corporate Sponsorship: $7,500 - Includes corporate name and logo on back of t-shirt, website recognition, name and logo on banner at the event, booth space and up to 25 participants.
• Platinum Corporate Sponsorship: $5,000 - Includes corporate name and logo on back of t-shirt, website recognition, name and logo on banner at the event and up to 25 participants.
• Gold Corporate Sponsorship: $2,500 - Includes corporate name and logo on back of t-shirt, website recognition, small sign with name at the event and up to 20 participants.
• Silver Corporate Sponsorship: $1,000 - Includes corporate name and logo on back of t-shirt, website recognition, small sign with name at the event and up to 10 participants.

• Team Sponsorship Level 1: $500 - Includes corporate name and logo on back of t-shirt, website recognition, and up to 5 participants.
• Team Sponsorship Level 2: $300 - Includes corporate name and logo on back of t-shirt, website recognition, and up to 3 participants.

Information on T-Shirts

• In-person runners: Shirts guaranteed for the first 300 registrants.
• Virtual runners: Register by February 23 to receive your shirt in time!
