Join Hannah’s Heroes of NC virtually or in person for our annual family-friendly 5k Glow Run/Walk to raise money to support scholarships and service projects while empowering youth to explore their interests with acts of kindness.

🗓️ Multiple Options for 2025

In-Person Event: Run a chip-timed, USATF certified 5K with safety precautions in place and post-race snacks on 9/13. 5K race begins at 7:00 followed by Family Fun Run/Walk at 7:30pm. Be sure to wear your best GLOW GEAR as we run/walk on the Washington waterfront!

• In-Person 5K: Participate in the timed race.
• In-Person Family Fun Run/Walk: Join for a shorter, family-friendly event.

Virtual: Participate from anywhere and run/walk between 9/13-9/20. Feel connected with the Interactive Race Day Experience App – RaceJoy with Live Tracking, GPS Progress Alerts and Virtual Cheers!

• Virtual 5K: Complete the 5K at your own pace.
• Virtual Family Fun Run/Walk: Family activities from any location.

Note: T-Shirt sizes will be guaranteed to all participants who register by August 23rd. Sizes will be Youth (Small to XL) and Adult (Small to XXL).

📦 Packet/Swag Pickup

• 9/13 Washington, NC: between 4pm-6pm

• 9/13 Greenville, NC: between 7pm-9pm

• 9/13 Race day: Washington, NC Festival Park
• Virtual: Swag bags will be mailed.

🏆 Awards

Overall Finishers for Male and Female

• Top 3 Male & Female: Awards for each of the following age categories:
• 12 & under
• 13-19
• 20-29
• 30-39
• 40-49
• 50-59
• 60+

Family Teams: Awards given to the top 2-person team with one member under 18 and one member over 18. In order to be eligible for family team awards, you must register online and complete pre-registration. Registration not available on race day.
