• Join Us: Join Florida Running Tours this March and help support The Spring when you sign up for the only Women's History tour in Tampa Bay!
• Route Details: Runners will meet in Hyde Park Village by the fountain for a super fun 5k around Hyde Park and Bayshore Blvd.
• Historic Highlights: The guide will stop at various historic locations to talk about important women in Tampa's history.
• Business Support: Runners will also have the opportunity to support local female-owned businesses after the run.

• Pace: The pace for this run will be very easy with stops, so do not let pace intimidate you from signing up!
• Duration: The run will take approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour due to stops and being in an urban environment.
• Organization Background: A portion of the proceeds will go to support The Spring, which has helped many women over the years.
• Community Gathering: We can't wait to see everyone out there!
