• Course: Winds through nearby neighborhood
• Terrain: Flat and fast course

💰 Registration Fees

• $30: February 3, 2025 - March 5, 2025
• $35: March 6, 2025 - March 13, 2025
• $40: Race Day, March 15, 2025

👶 Age Based Pricing

• 5 - 9 years: $5 registration fee (shirt not included, shirts may be purchased for $18)
• 65 years and older: Free registration (shirt not included, shirts may be purchased for $18)
• Shirt Add-on: Purchase a shirt as an "Add-on" before checkout.

📦 Packet Pick-Up

• Location: Southern Specialty Products, 615 E Prien Lake Rd, Lake Charles, LA 70601
• Dates:
  • Friday, March 14, 2025, 12:00PM-5:00PM
  • Saturday, March 15, 2025, 6:30AM-7:30AM
• Important Note: Registered participants need photo identification. Proxy pickup is allowed for immediate family members with identification.

• 6:30AM: Packet pickup & race day registration opens
• 7:30AM: Packet pickup & race day registration closes
• 7:45AM: Pre-race meeting
• 8:00AM: Race begins
• Note: Ainsley's Angels will begin 1 minute prior to main start.

• Overall Finishers: Male and female finishers will win a free pair of shoes from Southern Specialty Products (some restrictions apply)
• Top 3 Finishers: Gift cards to Southern Specialty Products in each age group
• Age Groups: 1-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

👕 T-Shirts

• Provided: Short sleeved performance shirts for registered participants (except ages 5-9 & 65+ years)
• Guarantee: Shirts are guaranteed to those who register before February 17
• Purchase: Shirts may be purchased without registration for $18

🚫 Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Non-refundable: Registration fees are non-refundable/non-transferable.
• No Exchanges: Absolutely NO refunds, deferrals, or bib exchanges.
• Conditions: No refunds if the event is canceled due to circumstances out of our control.

⚠️ Cancellation Policy

• Update: If cancellations are needed, updates will be communicated via email and on social media.

🚗 Parking

• No Parking: No parking on Sale Road.
• Respect: Please do not block entrances or exits of surrounding businesses.

🙌 Volunteer Opportunities

• Duties: Race packet stuffing and organizing
• Packet Pickup: Day before and day of race
• Race Site: Setup and cleanup
• Support: Cheer and hydration stations, medical personnel along the route

🏅 Race Series: TRIPLE THREAT!

• Series Kickoff: This is the first in the TRIPLE CROWN SERIES!
• Complete: Register and finish each of the races to earn a special prize.
• Included Races:

  • May 3, 2025: Contraband 5 Miler
  • July 4, 2025: LAR's 4 on the 4th
• Other Race: Swamp Stomp half marathon on Saturday, December 13, 2025 (not part of the triple crown)
