- 7:45AM: Welcome & Opening Remarks
- 8:00AM: 5K Ruck START
- 8:15AM: 5K Run START
- 9:15AM: 5K Run Awards
🏅 Race Details
The 5K run is competitive, while the ruck is not. We recommend that ruck weights not exceed 40 pounds per rucker. 5K Run age groups for awards shall be 1st, 2nd, 3rd place male & 1st, 2nd, 3rd place female in the youth category (ages 17 and under) and overall (ages 18 and older).
