Location: St. Pierre Education Center, 3757 Upper Bellbrook Rd, Bellbrook, Ohio 45305 (next to Bellbrook High School).
Registration
Availability: Registration is available to all through RunSignup prior to the race.
In-Person: Race day registration is available from 8:00-8:45am at the St. Pierre Education Center.
Minors: May be registered on RunSignup by a parent or guardian or in-person with a parent or guardian present to sign the waiver.
Check-In
Requirement: All participants must check-in at the St Pierre Education Center before the race.
Timing Chip: Participants must attach their assigned timing chip to one of their shoes.
Course
Start Location: The Sugar Maple Festival 5k course begins in front of the St. Pierre Education Center.
Path: Follows paved bike paths and neighborhood streets.
Finish: Ends on the Miami Valley South Stadium track behind the Education Center.

Fees
Current ORRRC Members: Run for free (Fee waived automatically when your RSU membership profile is used, or bring your card/proof of membership to the event).
Non-Members: $10 for ages 15 and up: Free for ages 14 and under.
Proof of Membership: Members must show proof of membership on race day to be eligible for member fees: no exceptions!

Race Day Registration
Online: Available until approximately 15 minutes before race start time.
Hard Copy: Registration sheets also available if needed.
Recommendation: Arrive at least one hour before the race to park, register, and warm-up prior to the race start.
Awards
Overall: First Overall Male/Female.
Masters: First Male/Female Masters (40 and over).
Grand Master: First Grand Master Male/Female (50 and over).
Senior: First Male/Female Senior (60 and over).
Age Groups: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Male/Female in age groups: 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80 & up. All finishers 9 and under will receive a medal.
