Start Time: Rolling start begins at 9:00AM and lasts 2 hours
Staggered Start: Runners and walkers can show up anytime between 9:00am and 11:00am.
Adaptive Participants: All Adaptive Chair Participants will have a scheduled start time.

COURSE
Accessibility: This race is fully adaptive and can accommodate racers of all abilities.
Options: Participants can choose between a 5K (3.1 miles), 2 miles, and 1 mile distances.
REGISTRATION
Availability: Registration is available to all through RunSignup prior to the race.
In-Person: Online registration remains open until approximately 15 minutes before race start and can be done in-person at the race.
Minors: May be registered on RunSignup by a parent or guardian or in-person with a parent or guardian present to sign the waiver.
CHECK-IN
Requirement: All participants must check-in before the race.
Timing Chip: Attach your assigned timing chip to one of your shoes.
Check-In Location: Look for the table with the green tablecloth to get your chip.
Arrival: We recommend you arrive at least one hour before the race to park, check in, and warm-up prior to the race start.
FEES
ORRRC Members: All Current ORRRC Members Run for Free.
Non-Members: $10 for ages 15 and up: Free for ages 14 and under.
Proof Requirement: Members, if you don't register through RunSignup, you must show proof of membership on race day to be eligible for the member fees.

SHIRTS
Shirt Availability: Thanks to the GCBDD, participants can receive a shirt for this event.
No Shirt Option: You may also select "no shirt" during registration.
Quantity Note: Please note that quantities may be limited and we will update registration if limits are reached.
ANIMAL POLICY
General Rule: Due to our insurance coverage, animals are not permitted at any ORRRC event.
Service Dogs: The only exception is service dogs, which must be clearly identified.
Policy Enforcement: Persons with any other animals will be removed from the event.
