🕒 Timing Information
- Timing: Optional: track your time on an app and submit online.
- No Chips: This is a stress-free run to support you in achieving your goals!
- After Race: Finisher medals and a towel or giveaway will be provided.
- Online Results: Results and certificates will be available online.

- Shirt: Running T-Shirt (Shipped to the US address you register with).
- Medal: Finisher's Medal for all participants.
- Training Pack: Digital Training Pack included.

📦 Packet Pickup
- Shipping: No hassle of picking up packets required!
- Bibs: Race bibs provided on race day.
- Shirt Delivery: You will receive your shirt the week of the race.
- Final Update: We will email you final details the Wednesday before the race.
⏰ Wave Times
- Wave A: 7:30 AM
- Wave B: 8:00 AM
- Wave C: 8:30 AM
- Late Runners: Can run upon arrival: coordinators will be present for 3 hours post-first wave.
🌐 Virtual Run Option
- Training Pack: Includes Digital Tools to support your run.
- Submit Results: Finish and submit your results to receive your medal.
- Anytime: Virtual runs can be done at your convenience.
- Track: Use any tracking device you prefer.
