🏃‍♂️ What is a stadium climb?

• Overview: During the stadium climb, participants will go up and down the stairs around the lower level of the stadium, on a predetermined route.
• Finish: We will finish by going down the ramps inside the stadium, and enter onto the playing field through the tunnel the Panthers use.

📏 How long is the T2T Stadium Climb at the Bank of America Stadium?

• Route: You will be climbing up and down the entire first level of the Bank of America Stadium.
• Tunnel Exit: Climbers will finish by exiting onto the field through the tunnel the players use.
• Stair Steps: There are a total of 1,454 stair steps along the route.

🚑 Will there be medical assistance if necessary?

• Medics: There will be medics on the premises in the event of an emergency.

🚪 Will hallways be included in the climb distance?

• Hallways: Yes, participants will pass through a couple of hallways once you finish the stairs.

👥 Is there a limit on how many people can register?

• No Limit: No! The more the merrier.

⏱️ How long does the T2T stadium climb take?

• Variation: This depends on your fitness level as well as speed and time spent resting.
• Competitive Climbers: May finish in less than 8 minutes.
• Non-Competitive Participants: Will likely finish in 15-45 minutes.

🕒 Is this a timed climb?

• Timing Chip: Yes. Each climber will get a timing chip.
• Visibility: Please make sure your bib is clearly visible on the front of your shirt.

🥵 I might get tired and be unable to finish, what should I do?

• Slower Climbers: Should move to the right, allowing faster climbers to pass on the left.
• Need Help: If you cannot complete the climb, find a volunteer or staff member for assistance.

🚒 I’m a first responder: can I wear my bunker/turnout gear, scott packs, etc.?

• Gear: Yes, you may wear turnout gear. We encourage it!

🏁 What is a "Competitive Climber”?

• Definition: A Competitive Climber is a stair climber who routinely participates in stair climb events and can run up the stairs.

📱 Can I bring my cell phone?

• Yes: You may bring your cell phone. Take lots of pictures and tag us on social media.

📦 When can I pick up my registration packet (bib and T-shirt)?

• Packet Pick-Up: Friday, May 15 AND Saturday, May 16.
• Friday Hours: 2:00pm - 6:00pm.
• Saturday Hours: 10:00am - 2:00pm.
• Location: Saint Vincent de Paul Church - 6828 Old Reid Rd, Charlotte, NC 28210.

🚩 RACE DAY PACKET PICK-UP:

• Date: Sunday, May 17.
• Time: 7:00 AM to 9 AM – onsite registration ends at 8:45 AM.
• Where: BOA Stadium (North Entrance off Graham Street) 800 S Mint St, Charlotte, NC 28202.

🕘 What time should I arrive?

• Ceremony Starting Time: The event will begin at 9:00am.
• First Climbers: Will start promptly at 9:45am.

🅿️ Is parking available?

• Parking Lots: Yes, parking is available at the below lots:
• Lot 1: 410 S Mint St parking deck.
• Legacy Deck: 720 S Church St.
• Lot 2: 415 W 1st St.
• McNinch: 1012 W Morehead St Entry (Free gravel lot – first come first serve).

👪 Can my friends and family wait for me at the finish?

• Spectator Registration: Yes, you can register on our website as a spectator which will allow you access to the field.

👕 Will I receive an event T-shirt?

• Participant T-shirt: Yes. All participants in the T2T Stadium Climb will receive an event t-shirt and finisher's medal.
• Pick-Up: T-shirts can be picked up at the designated packet pick-up location.
• Note: Please note that shirt sizes are not guaranteed. Shirts are first come, first serve at packet pick-up.

👶 Is there a minimum age to participate?

• No Minimum Age: No, there is no minimum age to participate.
• Age Requirement: Children 14 and under must have parent permission to participate.

🏁 When is the deadline to register for the T2T Stadium Climb?

• Registration: Anyone can register for this event up until the start of the climb.
• Price Increase: There will be an increase in registration pricing as the event date approaches.

💰 Is any portion of my entry fee tax-deductible?

• Fee Usage: No. The entry fee helps cover the cost of producing the T2T Stadium Climb, and includes a participant T-shirt.
• Fundraising: All donations made or raised above and beyond your entry fee are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.

🚫 If I am no longer able to make it to the T2T Stadium Climb after registering, can I get a refund or have someone else climb in my place?

• Non-Transferable: No, participation is non-transferrable and registration fees are non-refundable.
• Tax Contribution: Your registration fee will become a fully tax-deductible contribution.
