Girls on the Run Central Ohio Spring 5K

Our 5K event is unlike any other, as it is a non-competitive celebration of the girls' achievements. Girls on the Run promotes healthy habits and lifelong confidence. Crossing the finish line instills confidence through completion and is a joyful moment program participants always remember! Join us at our 5K to support, cheer on, and cross the finish line alongside GOTR girls as they accomplish their goals!

Everyone in our program receives a commemorative medal to celebrate this incredible achievement.

📅 Registration Information

• Current Participants: If you are a current participant or coach of the Girls on the Run or Heart & Sole program, you do not need to register for the 5K. Your program registration and volunteer service includes your entry into the 5K.
• GOTR/Heart & Sole Alumna: If you are a GOTR/Heart & Sole alumna, meaning you have participated in the program in the past, you can email gotrcoed@gmail.com to receive a 50% discount code for one entry.
• Verification: Please note that verification of your previous participation in Girls on the Run/Girls on Track/Heart & Sole will be done before a discount code is provided.
• Event Date: The race is scheduled for May 17, 2026, at John F. Wolfe Columbus Commons, Columbus, OH.
