Bayshore 70.4 -- Sprint Triathlon---

🏊‍♂️ Event Overview

• 70.4 Triathlon: Designed as an early season training race to get your season started.
• Sprint Race: Created for the "newbie" first time racer interested in a true Swim - Bike - Run race. Swim is in the Bay where the water is calm.
• Race Site: 5400 E Ocean Blvd, Long Beach, CA 90803.
• Events: Long Course 70.4, Sprint Triathlon.

🏁 Long Course 70.4 Triathlon

• Start Time: 7AM.
• Distance: Swim 2200yd, Bike 56mi, Run 13.1mi.

🚴‍♀️ Super Sprint Distance Triathlon

• Start Times: 2 Wave start Times at 7:45 and 8 am.
• Distance: Swim 500yd, Bike 9-mile, Run 4mi.

🚪 Transition Area

• Location: Bayshore & Ocean Blvd.

🎽 Registration Includes

• Race Shirt: Premium Race Shirt.
• Timing: Chip Timing/Race Bib/Live Results.
• Aid: Course Aid/Nutrition.

• 6:45am: Transition closes for Long Course Athletes.

• 7:45am: Wave 1 - Super Sprint Distance Triathlon Swim Start.
• 8:00am: 70.4 Swim Cut-off.
• 8:00am: Wave 2 - Super Sprint Distance Triathlon Swim Start.
• 1:30pm: 70.4 Long Course Awards.
