• Duration: A week-long, half-day (8am-12:00pm) camp.
• Activities: Engage in running workouts, health education, and fun games.
• Format: Each day includes time for snacks and guest speakers.
• Dates: June 22nd - June 26th from 8am - 12:00pm.

📍 Location of the Camp

• Venue: Camp will be held at The Alum Creek Dam Lower Recreation Area.
• Drop-off: In front of the Maple Shelter House each day.

💰 Registration Cost

• Pricing: Camp registration is $180 for the entire week.

🎁 Included with Registration

• Gear: Water bottle and camp t-shirt (must be worn daily).
• Snacks: Daily snacks included.
• Coaching: USATF certified coaching provided.
• Goodies: Fun running-related items for everyone!

🗓️ Daily Schedule

• 7:30 am: Drop off opens: campers may start arriving.
• 8:05-8:15 am: Finalize AM attendance list.
• 8:15-9:45 am: Running workout with the structure of a cross country workout.
• 9:50-10:10 am: Snack/Playground time.
• 10:15-11:00 am: Education/Mind-related activities (speakers, goal-setting, etc.).
• 11:00-11:45 am: Fun physical activities like games and scavenger hunts.
• 11:45 am-12:00 pm: Snack/Playground time and dismissal.

🎒 Camp Gear Distribution

We will distribute the packets for athletes when they arrive at camp, first thing on Monday morning!
